Do I need an appointment? No. Our walk-in clinic operates on a first-come, first-served basis. You can also call ahead to check current wait times.
How long is the wait? Wait times vary by time of day. Mornings and early afternoons tend to be quieter. Call us at (647) 557-2333 to ask about current wait times before you arrive.
Is the clinic OHIP-covered? Yes. Most walk-in visits are fully covered by OHIP for Ontario residents. Some services, such as sick notes, medical forms, and certain procedures, may have an additional fee.
Can children be seen at the walk-in clinic? Yes, we see patients of all ages including children and infants.
What if I need a prescription? Our doctors can prescribe medication during your visit. Our on-site pharmacy can fill it before you leave.
What's the difference between a walk-in and the emergency room? Walk-in clinics are for non-emergency medical issues. If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, severe allergic reactions, or a serious injury — please go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.
